Mr. Muralidhar Rambathri
Mr. Muralidhar Rambathri is a postgraduate in Organic Chemistry from Osmania University, specializing in Medicinal Chemistry.
He brings close to three decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, excelling in R&D, technical leadership, and business development.
Worked as a Research Associate and led a team that won the prestigious DST 1995 award for the best R&D team in India, developing commercial processes for new bulk drugs. He has served as Director-Technical and has expertise in European and South Korean markets, quality systems, and regulatory documentation. He has also developed import-substitute bulk drug intermediates, supplying them to national and international markets.
Mrs. Hema Rambathri
Mrs. Hema Rambathri has 13 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She plays a vital role in the company, overseeing administration and internal affairs with a focus on operational efficiency and organizational stability.
Mr. Raghotham Reddy Enakonda
Mr. Raghotham Reddy began his career as a Software Analyst and has transitioned into business ownership, gaining 15 years of experience managing diverse ventures. His expertise spans multiple domains, including technology, minerals, and agriculture, bringing a multidisciplinary perspective to the board.
Mr. Ajaykumar Reddy Karnavathula
Mr. Karnavathula holds an MBA from Osmania University and has served as Senior Vice President at Vishaka Industries. With over three decades of experience in sales and marketing, he provides valuable insights into strategic business development.
Mrs. Gouthami Gankidi
Mrs. Gouthami Gankidi is a Computer Science Engineering graduate from CBIT and holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Wayne State University, USA. She has extensive experience in business management, particularly in the construction and marketing sectors. She is actively involved in the company’s day-to-day business administration and coordination, she brings strong organizational and managerial skills to the board.

With over three decades of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, R. Muralidhar is the visionary behind the company’s mission. His leadership ensures a balance between strategic direction and operational efficiency, guiding the company toward sustained growth and innovation. He looks after the Production, Research and development, and Quality Management systems in the company.
E. Raghotham Reddy, Director Operations
He brings in the multidisciplinary approach which enriches the management and helps them see things from a new perspective. He is the force behind the effective and timely functioning of the company. He looks after the company’s engineering and human resources teams.
M. Rahul Kumar, Director Marketing
He is an engineering graduate with around 8 years of marketing experience in India and the USA. He looks after the supply chain management and marketing in the company.
